Civil Litigation Section

This Section has the following functions and responsibilities:

• handling the cases of breach of contract service and the claim of the University against the breach of contract by other third parties;
• handling legal claims by a third parties and litigation cases against the University;
• handling the cases of breach of scholarship contract;
• coordinate the services of the University panel lawyers.
